Career
He began to play football at the championship of the Estonian SSR. From 1985 to 1990, Prince played in the team of the Second Soviet League Sport (Tallinn) . After Estonia separated from the USSR, Prince entered the national team of the country. He played 20 matches for her. For 16 years, the defender played for the Estonian teams in the local championship .
In 2003, Igor Prince became an assistant to Tarmo Ryutli at Levadia . In parallel, he continued to play for the teams of the lower divisions.
After Ryutli left Levadia, he headed the club. Under his leadership, the team twice won the Meistriliga. In 2010, Prince was fired from Levadia. Soon he became the head coach of Nymme Kalju , and in December 2014 he left the club's coaching post [1] . In July 2016, he was appointed head coach of Levadia [2] .

- In 2013, on the eve of the second match of the Champions League football with the Finnish HIK club, the head coach of the Nalyme Kalyu Igor Prins offered his wards a bet: in case of victory over the Finns, he was ready to ride a bike from Tallinn to Pärnu or get a haircut. “Nõmme Kalju” managed to defeat the opponents 2: 1 and made their way to the next round.
