Longmatan ( Chinese р 潭 п , pinyin : Lóngmǎtán , literally: “pond of a dragon horse”) is the district of urban subordination of the city district of Luzhou , Sichuan Province ( PRC ).

History
The district was formed in 1995 from parts of the territory of the Central District of Luzhou and Lusian County.
