Yoostar is a video-based gaming system developed by the Yoostar Entertainment Group that allows users to include themselves in the movie and television scenes to speak with the original movie actors and post the resulting video on the Yoostar website, as well as on third-party social media environments like Facebook , YouTube or MySpace . The game is a karaoke video, judging the individuals' appearances.

Yoostar Entertainment's first product - Yoostar 1 , for PC and Mac - was originally released in an exclusive marketing partnership with Bloomingdale on its department store chain on August 26, 2009, name = Yoostar available today at Bloomingdale in stores across the country and on Amazon.com . and in select Best Buy Stores on October 23, 2009. The product became available at Best Buy locations throughout the United States on November 8, 2009.
Then, the composites software filmed the user’s content from the original clip in the same way Hollywood actors filmed against the green S screen on the set and inserted into digitally created backgrounds. The final product is then labeled and stored on the user's local computer, with the ability to upload to Yoostar's website. The site provides the ability to embed content in any Flash- enabled HTML environment using raw code, or on blog platforms and social networking sites such as Facebook. Users of the Yoostar website can evaluate, express and share content with the public or the Friends group depending on the settings.
Yoostar 2
On Tuesday June 15, 2010, to coincide with the start of the 2010 Electronic Entertainment Expo , Yoostar announced the second version of the game and launched a new website under Yoostar 2 . Yoostar 2 can be played using the Xbox 360 ( Kinect required) and PlayStation 3 ( PlayStation Eye required, PlayStation Move optional) console video games. Yoostar2 includes 80 movie scenes from major Hollywood studios, with hundreds of additional scenes available for download. Users have the ability to upload and share videos with friends and post their performances on Facebook. Users can also rate and review other performances and give and receive rewards. Points are awarded for social activities.
