Biography
Born in 1960 in the Cheryomushkinsky district of the city of Moscow. In 1977 he graduated from the Sambo-70 school (first graduation), where he has remained working and is still working. From 1979 to 1981 he served in the USSR Air Defense Forces.
Graduated with honors from the Moscow Regional Pedagogical Institute. Krupskaya defended his thesis on pedagogy, and then in 2013 - a doctorate. The second higher education is the Moscow Institute of Open Education . He got his third higher education in 2017, graduating from the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (RANEPA) with honors in “State and Municipal Administration”.
