Biography

Kim Abuzarovich Akhmedyanov was born on February 5, 1932 in the village of Almukhametovo of the Abzelilovsky district of the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.

In 1955 he graduated from the Bashkir branch of the Faculty of Language and Literature of the Bashkir Pedagogical Institute. K.A. Timiryazev .

After graduation, Kim Akhmedyanov was left a teacher at the department of Bashkir philology. He studied at the graduate school of the Institute of History, Language and Literature of the Bashkir Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences (supervisor - A. I. Kharisov). In 1960 he defended a candidate's dissertation on the composition of Bashkir poems.

Since 1966, Akhmedyanov Kim Abuzarovich worked at the Institute of History, Language and Literature of the BFAN of the USSR, since 1978 he taught a course in literature theory at Bashkir State University. He was elected to the Board of the Writers' Union of Bashkiria, members of the editorial boards of the magazines "Agidel" and "Teacher of Bashkiria", was a member of the terminology commission under the Presidium of the Supreme Council of Bashkiria. He was elected a deputy of the Kirov District Council of Ufa.

In the field of literary criticism and literary criticism he worked from the 50s. His first book in this area, “Issues in the Composition of Bashkir Poems,” was published in 1962.

In his works, he analyzed the work of Bashkir poets, writers, described the theory and history of Bashkir literature.

He died on November 9, 1980 . He was buried in his native village of Almukhametovo.

Memory

In 1992, a prize named after Kim Akhmedyanov for the best works in the field of literature, art and journalism was established in Bashkortostan [1] .

In his native village, in the school building, a museum is opened dedicated to the life and work of Kim Akhmedyanov.

The name of K. Akhmedyanov is the central street in his native village. One of the streets of the Askarovo district center is also named after him.
