Biography
Orthodox, peasant of the village of Glinchino, Dominican volost of Nevelsky district .
He graduated from the public school . Engaged in agriculture (10 acres ). For one triennium, it consisted of a village headman , volost foreman and zemstvo vowel . He was in charge of the military horse section.
In February 1907 he was elected to the State Duma by a congress of commissioners from the volosts of the Vitebsk province. He was part of the non-partisan group, adjoining the group of right and moderate. He was a member of the food commission.
After the dissolution of the Second Duma, he returned to his native village. After the revolution, he remained the sole individual . He was arrested on February 3, 1930, and on April 8, he was sentenced to 5 years of deportation to the Urals by a troika at the OGPU in the Western Region [1] .
