Biography
Rais Tulyakov was born in 1959 in the village of Buranbaevo, Baymak district, BASSR. After graduating from high school, he worked on a collective farm. He served in the ranks of the Soviet Army.
After the service he studied at Bashkir State University .
At the end of BSU, he worked as a literary worker of the Writers' Union, then as a teacher at the Sibaysky pedagogical college, Sibaysky branch of BSU. He worked as executive secretary of the Sibay branch of the Writers 'Union, head of the propaganda department of the Writers' Union of Bashkortostan.
Since 2000 he worked in the editorial office of the magazine Tamasha , the newspaper Bashkortostan, etc.
The first collection of poems was published in Ufa in 1988. For the poem "Kashmau" and the collection of poems "Necklace" he was awarded the Youth State Prize. S. Babich.
R. Tulyak is the author of four poetry collections. A collection with poems by the poet, “The soul is singing is immortal,” after his death, was prepared and released by his widow F. Kh. Tulyakova.
Memory
In early 2009, in connection with the 50th anniversary of the birth of the poet R. Tuliak, the Yashlek newspaper announced a republican poetry contest.
"You ask, wrinkling his face-oval,
With a non-childish smile on her lips:
And where was I when you fought?
-In my dreams, you were in my dreams.
And if you ask, overpowering the trembling,
Which is stronger over the years
Where will I be when you grow up
“Only in memory,” I will answer, “only in it."
