Biography
Anatoly Rybakov was born on December 19, 1923 in the village of Ramene (now the Vyaznikovsky district of the Vladimir region ). He graduated from nine classes of the school. In July 1941, Rybakov was called up for service in the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army . In 1942, he graduated from the Perm Military Aviation Pilot School. Since September 1943 - on the fronts of World War II [1] .
By January 1945, the Guard Lieutenant Anatoly Rybakov commanded the link of the 142nd Guards Assault Air Regiment of the 8th Guards Assault Air Division of the 1st Guards Assault Air Corps of the 2nd Air Army of the 1st Ukrainian Front . By that time, he had made 107 sorties to attack and bombard accumulations of military equipment and manpower, inflicting heavy losses on him [1] .
By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of April 10, 1945, for “courage and heroism shown in air battles with the German invaders” of the guard, Lieutenant Anatoly Rybakov was awarded the high title of Hero of the Soviet Union with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Star medal number 6077 [1 ] .
In 1951 he graduated from the Air Force Academy . In 1986, with the rank of Major General Rybakov was sacked. He lived in Moscow . He died on May 22, 1989, was buried at the Kuntsevsky cemetery in Moscow [1] .
He was also awarded two orders of the Red Banner , orders of Alexander Nevsky , World War I 1st and 2nd degrees, two orders of the Red Star , the Order for Service to the Homeland in the Armed Forces of the USSR 3rd degree and a number of medals [1] .
