History
It was first named in 1853 as Malaya Bolotnaya Street. It was located in the Tomsk suburb of Swamp, which determined the name of the street. T.A. Kondratyev and M. Kondratyev became the homeowners on the street, which gave the street a second name - Kondratyevskaya (1878).
In 1887, the famous Tomsk woodcarver Stepan Fedorovich Nesgovorov settled in the street, who came from Yekaterinburg .
In 1914, on the street, according to the project of architect P.F. Fedorovsky , a building was built for two city schools ("Lermontov's House") and in November of the same year the street was renamed Lermontovskaya.
