Alvex 1.2

Alvex 1.2 is one of the first solutions in Russia based on the Alfresco open platform. It includes tools for corporate content management (ECM), social content (SCM) and business process management (BPM). ^[4] This version can be considered the first full-fledged product, since versions 1.0 and 1.1 were pilot in nature and were available only to a limited number of partners. ^[five]

Alvex 1.2 version allowed creating dynamic business processes, connecting processes and tasks with each other and creating the organizational structure of the company.

Alvex 1.3

Alvex 2.1

The final version of Alvex as a single solution ^[12] . Adds a directory management component to Alvex and fixes bugs found in previous versions.

Alvex 3.0

Alvex is divided into components, there is no more single solution. All parts of the product are open and uploaded to Github.

Adaptive Case Management

A case is called an unpredictable process, the characteristics of which are the following characteristics. ^[13]

• At the beginning of the project, it is impossible to describe it step by step, since only approximate control points are known.
• Only the next stages of the project lend themselves to planning.

3. Finalization and modification of the detailed plan of the individual stages.
