History

In the census of 1710 in the Ilyinsky Tigodsky graveyard the Drozdovo manor , belonging to the landowner Putilov, is mentioned [3] .

DROZDOVO (KUNEST) - the village of the Bolshen-Kunest rural society, the parish of the village of Babin.
Yards of peasant - 25. Buildings - 79, including residential - 35.
The number of inhabitants according to the family lists of 1879: 60 m. P.

In the late XIX - early XX centuries, the village administratively belonged to the Luban volost of the 1st camp of the 1st zemsky section of the Novgorod district of the Novgorod province .

In 1928, the population of the village of Drozdovo was 417 people.

The village is located in the southeastern part of the district on the highway 41K-871 (Drozdovo - Malaya Gorka), north of the center of the village of Trubnikov Bor .

The distance to the administrative center of the settlement is 6.2 km [14] .

The distance to the nearest railway platform Trubnikovo - 8 km [9] .

The village is located on the left bank of the Tigoda River .
