Biography

Born July 7, 1927 in the village of Kazanbash, now Arsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan, in the family of a rural teacher. Tatar. He graduated from high school, from an early age he worked in the field on a par with adults.

After the war he served in the Soviet Army. After demobilization, he returned to his native land, worked on a collective farm in an apiary. In 1951 he was sent to study at a two-year school for the training of agricultural personnel. In 1953, after graduation, he was recommended for the post of chairman on his collective farm. Then he was elected chairman at the general meeting. Later he graduated from the Agricultural Institute in absentia.

Under his leadership, the economy of the economy grew stronger from year to year. By the XI five-year period , meat production has more than doubled, milk production has tripled. Crop yields on local low-fertile soils, thanks to the use of fertilizers, rose from 8 centners per hectare to 24. The farm's profitability reached almost 50%. Sales of milk and meat to the state increased threefold, and wool increased 2.5 times. One of the highest production levels per 100 nectars of farmland in the northern regions of Tatarstan was achieved. The outbuildings were constantly updated, and working conditions improved. So, in livestock breeding, two-shift work was introduced. Every year, the economy sent its scholars to study at universities and technical schools, so there were specialists.

Labor Feat

By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of December 14, 1984 for outstanding results achieved in the All-Union Socialist Competition, labor heroism in fulfilling plans and socialist commitments to increase the production of meat, milk and other animal products in the winter of 1983/84 to Hastiev Mirbat Badrievich awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Medal "Hammer and Sickle".

He supervised the farm until June 1986, more than 30 years.

He was elected a member of the All-Russian Council of Collective Farms, a deputy of the district council.

He lived in the village of Kazanbash. He died on July 14, 2000.

Rewards

He was awarded two Orders of Lenin (1966, 1984), the Order of the Red Banner of Labor (1966), and medals.
