Biography and Creativity

Karipov Kashfelasrar Magdannurovich was born in 1892 in the village of Baytally, Birsk district, Ufa province .

In 1915 he graduated from the Gusmania Madrasah . He was a madaris in the madrasa "Gusmania" of Ufa.

He worked in the editorial offices of the newspapers Tormosh and Alga.

The first poems were published in 1910-1913. in the newspaper "Nur" in St. Petersburg and the magazine "Akmulla". In the works of Kashfi Karipov, the main place is occupied by love and landscape lyrics (poems “ғҺғынам” - “Missing”, “Һөйәм” - “I love”, “Тәбғәғәт” - “Nature”, “Yakilә” - “Spring is coming soon” and others).

Kashfi Karipov is the author of the book "Mokhbbәt shigyrgary" ("Love Poems"), which was published in 1914. He also wrote the dramas Yosof-Zulaykh (Yusuf-Zuleikh), Taхаir-Zөһrһ (Tagir-Zukhra), which were staged in the theaters of Birsk and Ufa. Karipov’s authorship also includes the comedy “Ҡarth әtәs” (“The Old Rooster”).
