Geography
It is located on the left bank of the Volga River , about 60 km southeast of the village of Enotaevka , the administrative center of the region, at an altitude of 21 meters below sea level [3] .
History
In 1969, by decree of the Presidium of the Armed Forces of the RSFSR, the village of the fish factory was renamed Coastal [4] .
