Biography
One of the four sons of the Crimean Sultan Bakhti-Girey (born 1790 ). His mother was a Scottish woman Anna Vasilievna (? - 1853 ). Nephew of the inhabitants of the Trans - Kuban Lieutenant General Sultan Mengli Giray and Major General Sultan Azamat Giray. Sister Mubarek-Sultan became the wife of the Nogai Murza Haji Taganova.

On November 26, 1826, the Sultan of Kazy-Girey joined the ranks of the 7th Carabinieri Regiment (renamed the Erivan Carabinieri Regiment).
