Geography
The village is located 4 km from the administrative center of Skala commune and 17 km from the administrative center of the province of Krakow [2] . The village is divided into three informal parts of Lipka, Polyanka and Scengna.
In 1975-1998, the village was part of the Cracow Voivodeship.
Population

Attractions
World War I mass grave
- The estate of the second half of the 9th century, near which there is a large cemetery with mass graves of Russian and Austrian soldiers who died on November 16–25, 1914 in the battles for the village during the First World War.
