Fofanovo is a village in the Dmitrovsky district of the Moscow region , as part of the urban settlement of Yakhroma ^[3] . The population is 2 ^[1] people. (2010). Until 2006, Fofanovo was part of the Podyachevsky rural district ^[4] ^[5] .

Location

The village is located in the western part of the district, about 18 km southwest of the city of Yakhroma , on the left bank of the small river Subych (left tributary of Lutosni ), the height of the center above sea level is 203 m ^[6] . The nearest settlements are Cheperno in the southeast, Glukhovo in the south and Titovo in the southwest.
