Minsylu Gubaitovna Usmanova (born May 1, 1950 ) is a Bashkir linguist, methodologist, doctor of philological sciences, professor. Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation (2010).

Biography
In 1972 she graduated from Bashkir State University (BashSU, Ufa ).
She worked at the Institute of History, Language and Literature of the Bashkir Scientific Center of the Ural Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences .
Since 1991 - lecturer at Bashkir State University.
Since 2008 - lecturer at the Faculty of Bashkir Philology of the Bashkir State Pedagogical University named after M. Akmulla, professor at the Department of the Bashkir language and methods of teaching it.
Scientific research is devoted to functional grammar , onomastics of the Bashkir language, toponymy , methods of teaching the Bashkir language in Russian-language and national schools. The author of about 200 scientific and educational works, as well as educational dictionaries.
