Biography

A native of Sandomierz Voivodeship (the estate of Father Lonev ). Father Gilyarii-Ignacy Moshinsky (1763-1827), mother - Zofia Romishovskaya. He was educated at the school of Cisterian monks in Kopshivitsa, at the Theresian College in Vienna and the Kremenets Lyceum. The state is 30 million Polish zlotys.

Since 1820 he was a member of the Templar Society . Since 1821, the viceroy of society in the Podolsk province, a supporter of rapprochement with the Patriotic Society . Since 1821, a member of the provincial council of the Patriotic Society for the Kiev, Volyn and Podolsk provinces. Since 1823 he was the leader of the nobility in the Volyn province .

In 1825 he traveled to Lutsk to organize propaganda among the personnel of the Lithuanian Corps. In August 1825, negotiations were held in his house in Zhitomir with representatives of the Southern Society of Decembrists. Arrested in Zhitomir on January 23, 1826. On January 29, he was brought by Adjutant General Gogel, Lieutenant Lishin to St. Petersburg, and imprisoned in the Peter and Paul Fortress. March 19 sent to Warsaw in the prison of the Carmelite Monastery. February 2, 1827 - again in the Peter and Paul Fortress. In 1846, he was a member of the Rebel Council and chairman of the National Council of Krakow. In 1848 he was commander of the Galician National Guard .

He built a house in Krakow, in which he placed for display his rich collection, consisting of an extensive library, numismatic material and various archaeological artifacts. This house was dismantled in the 80s of the XIX century and in its place now is the Volodkovichy Palace on Lubich Street, house 4.

He died on August 19, 1879 and was buried in the Rakovitsky cemetery (block 42).
