The Jaipur Literary Festival ( English The Jaipur Literature Festival ) is held in January annually since 2006. The largest literary festival in Asia [1] . The festival is attended by writers from different countries [2] [3] .

About the Festival

The venue for the festival is the Doggy Palace.
The directors of the festival are the writers of Namit Gokhale and William Dalrymple .
Over the years, festival guests have become Salman Rushdi [4] , Wole Shoinka [5] , Joseph Maxwell Kutzee , Adam Zagayevsky , Khunot Diaz [6] , Orhan Pamuk , Kieran Desai [7] , Richard Ford , Candace Bushnell , Irwin Welch , Martin Amis [3] and many others.
