Biography
He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov in 1980, Department of Probability, in 1983 - graduate school there. Candidate of physico-mathematical sciences (1984) [1] , student of K. A. Rybnikov .
In 1983-1990 he taught at higher educational institutions of Moscow, conducted scientific work.
In 1990, he was elected deputy of the Leningrad District Council of the city of Moscow, took the post of deputy chairman of the district executive committee for economics.
From 1992 to 1997, he worked in the apparatus of the Security Council of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation. From 1999 to 2004 - Deputy Head of the Department of Rosaviakosmos , then - Head of the Department of Rospatent. In 2009 he graduated from the Law Faculty of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov .
Since 2005, he has been working in the Soyuz machine-building research and production association, and from 2005-2008 he is the Director General of Soyuz AMNTK (Moscow). In November 2009, he headed the Turaevskoye MKB Soyuz OJSC (now part of OJSC Corporation “Tactical missile weapons” ”, led the company until 2015).
