The railway junction is named after the railway engineer Kraevsky, who worked on the construction of the Ussuri railway [3] .
As a settlement, it refers to the Runovsky rural settlement of the Kirovsky district of Primorsky Krai [4] .

Geography
The railway junction is located on the Trans-Siberian Railway between the stations of the Far Eastern Railway Ruzhino and Spassk-Dalniy .
The highway to the Kraevsky junction goes south from the village of Pavlo-Fedorovka, Kirovsky district.
The distance to Pavlo-Fedorovka is about 20 km, to the district center of the village. Kirovsky (through the village of Shmakovka ) about 41 km.
The nearest settlement is the village of Novorusanovka of the Spassky district - about 6 km (in a straight line), to the administrative center of the Runovsky rural settlement of the village of Runovka - about 20 km (in a straight line).
