Biography
Born April 9, 1976. The son of a cameraman Yuri Zhuravlev.
He graduated from the American College "Stankevich’s House", the international department of the journalism faculty of Moscow State University . He collaborated on a freelance basis with many newspapers, for example, Kommersant , Book Review, etc.
He worked at the radio station “Voice of Russia”, “Radio 101”, conducted the author's program “Open Radio” forge. Then the editor is an international on Ren-TV , ORT.
In 2000 he came to the TV channel "Russia". He worked as an international editor in Vesti, then as a host of the Good Morning Russia program.
From 2004 to 2009, he hosted the Vesti-Moscow program on Russia 1 TV channel.
In 2008, for the first time, it launched the release of federal Vesti on the TV channels Russia and RIK Vesti, replacing Marina Kim , who worked for the European part of the Russian Federation, and Farida Kurbangaleeva, who had gone on vacation. From December 2011 to November 2014, after Anastasia Belaya left for literary activity, he took the lead of Vesti, broadcast on the eastern regions of Russia and the RTR-Planeta USA channel, as well as on RIC Russia 24 (until December 2012).
From January to August 2013, before reformatting the nightly Vesti + in Vesti at 23:00, he also hosted the original issues of the Vesti + program [1] , broadcast to Moscow on Russia 1 and the RTR-Planet Europe channel alternately with Oksana Kuvaeva, being replaced Vera Tarasova, Eldar Basil and Igor Kamensky. But after replacing Vesti at 23:00 with Yevgeny Popov, he practically stopped airing on the VGTRK’s European broadcasts, except for 8:00 on Saturday (in Moscow after the “Dialogues on Animals” program, and on the RTR-Planet Europe channel after the Anthem of Russia).
