The Chinese Football Association's 2014 Super Cup ( Ch. Ex. 2014 年 中国 足球 协会 超级 杯 ) is a football match that was held for the 12th time after the professionalization of Chinese football and opened the 2014 Super League season. The champion of the 2013 season “ Guangzhou Evergrand ” and the winner of the 2013 Cup team “ Guizhou Renhe ” took part in the match. Due to the fact that the basis of “ Guangzhou Evergrand ” returned to China only on February 14, this could affect the game, and the club asked the federation to postpone the match. The Chinese Football Association refused to change the time, so “Guangzhou” decided to play the second composition.
