Biography
Had a house in Petrozavodsk , was engaged in food trade. He was elected a judge of a joint court.
In 1788–1790 he was elected as a public member of the Petrozavodsk City Duma, in 1797–1798 he was elected as an assessor in the Olonets Provincial Magistrate.
In 1797–1798 - the mayor of Petrozavodsk . During the rule of A. A. Lykov, the Olonets governorship was abolished, Petrozavodsk and the county were transferred to the administration of the Novgorod provincial government. The decline in the status of the provincial capital to the county town led to an outflow of capital and a decline in business activity in Petrozavodsk.
Family
His wife is Agafya Konstantinovna (b. 1754), a native of the village of Pogost of the Lijema parish of the Olonets gubernia.
