Vyborg-Neyshlotsky flax ( Swedish. Viborgs och Nyslotts län , Fin. Viipurin ja Savonlinnan lääni ) is the administrative-territorial unit of Sweden from 1634 to 1721 , when the southeastern part of the flax was ceded to Russia according to the Nistadt world . The center of Lena was the city of Vyborg with the residence of the governor in Vyborg Castle . Initially, the territorial unit created from part of the territory of the former Vyborgsky Lena was called the Karelian Lena . In 1641-1650, it was divided into Vyborgsky flax and Neishlotsky flax (with the center in Olafsborg castle), but since 1650 both flaxes were united again. At the end of the Northern War, part of the flax that had departed to Russia became part of the Vyborg province , and the rest of Sweden was included in the Kummenegord-Neishlot flax. The last Swedish governor of Len was Georg Liebecker .
