Biography
Born in 1961 in the urban village of Krasnaya Polyana.
In 1987 he graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Voronezh Civil Engineering Institute and for two years worked in the Department of Architecture of the Kurchatov City Executive Committee of the Kursk Region . From 1989 to 2006 he worked as an architect of the Yuzhproektkommunstroy zonal design institute, including from 1998 the head of a group of architects.
Since 1991, he began private architectural practice, designing mainly temples, chapels, apartment buildings and cottages. He is the author of projects for more than 50 temples and chapels [1] , participated in the international conference “Architecture of the Orthodox Church. Idea and image ”in 2000 in Moscow.
In 2006, he founded LLC "Bureau of Architectural and Construction Design AS Pro", uniting 10 like-minded people. Since 1995 - Member of the Union of Architects of Russia . Since 2003 - member of the Board of the Sochi city public organization “Union of Architects of Russia”, since 2006 - member of the Urban Planning Council of this organization, and since 2007 - its vice president.
In June 2011, Fyodor Afuksenidi was elected President of the Sochi Organization of the Union of Architects of Russia [2] .
Creativity
In the period from 1989 to 2006, a number of construction projects were completed: a sports school on the street. Tchaikovsky; beach complex of the boarding house of the Ministry of Energy for 600 people on the street. Sukhumi highway; Sberbank branch on the street 50 years of the USSR; reconstruction of the bank "Yugbank" on the street Moscow; reconstruction of the sanatorium named after Dzerzhinsky; children's infectious diseases hospital on the street.
