Biography
Orthodox, a peasant in the village of Soprikovichi, Mstislavsky district .
He graduated from the public school . Engaged in agriculture. He was a rural headman .
In 1906 he was elected a member of the I State Duma from the Mogilev province. He was a member of the non-party group, was a supporter of the nationalization of the land. He spoke in the debate on the declaration of the Council of Ministers .
Fate after 1906 is unknown.
