Frost, Ivan Grigorievich

In 1975 he graduated from the Kuybyshev Agricultural College , in 1985 - from the Novosibirsk Institute of National Economy with a degree in National Economy Planning.

He began his working biography as an electrician at the Sogornsky state farm. He served in the army for two years in the combined group of forces in Germany. After the army he returned to the state farm , where he went from a master adjuster to the chairman of the village council. He worked as the head of the Dovolensky motor transport enterprise, the director of the Central farm of the Dovolensky district.

Political Activities

In 1989, he moved to the Novosibirsk Regional Executive Committee, in 1992 - to the Novosibirsk Region Administration as head of the financial and economic department, from 1994 to 1996 - deputy head of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the Novosibirsk Region. In 1997, he headed the department of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in the Novosibirsk Region, which he directed for 13 years - until being elected chairman of the Legislative Assembly.

He was first elected to the Novosibirsk Regional Council of Deputies in 1997 and then was elected three convocations in a row in a single-mandate constituency. He was elected a deputy of the fifth convocation on October 10, 2010, and on October 28, he was chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk Region. He was elected deputy of the sixth convocation on September 13, 2015 .

Member of the AP Committee on State Policy, Legislation and Local Government.

He was awarded the medal of the Order for Merit to the Fatherland , II and I degrees, has the title of Honorary Worker of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation .

President of the Motorcycle Federation of the Novosibirsk Region.

Married. Daughter, two grandchildren.
