Biography

Born in the family shopkeeper hardware . Member of the CPSU (b) from March 1930, expelled from the Communist Party on May 13, 1955. In 1919 he graduated from primary school in Tiflis.

In 1953-1954 - Minister of the Interior of the Armenian SSR. In 1954-1955 - Head of the KGB in the Arkhangelsk region . From February 1955 - at the disposal of the Office of Personnel of the KGB with the USSR Council of Ministers.

On February 14, 1955 at the disposal of the Personnel Department of the KGB with the USSR Council of Ministers. On May 13, 1955, by a decision of the CPC under the Central Committee of the CPSU "for violating Soviet legality in 1937-1938," he was expelled from the party [2] and on May 23, 1955, he was dismissed from the KGB for official mismatch .

He was buried at the Solombala cemetery of Arkhangelsk [1] .
