Member of the CPSU (b) since 1931. In 1948, he graduated from the Higher Party School at the Central Committee of the CPSU (b).

  • 1931-1933 - Chairman of the Construction Committee, secretary of the VKP (b) cell of the Elektrostal plant of the Moscow Region,
  • 1933-1935 - cadet of the regimental school, secretary of the regimental bureau of the Komsomol in the cities of Ivanovo, Gorky,
  • 1935-1937 - Party organizer of the rolling shop of the Electrostal plant of the Moscow region,
  • 1937-1939 - Secretary of the Noginsk city committee of the Komsomol of the Moscow region, Ryazan regional committee of the Komsomol, head of the department of the governing Komsomol organs of the Komsomol Central Committee in Moscow,
  • 1939-1940 - Deputy Chairman of the Party Control Commission under the Central Committee of the CPSU (b),
  • 1940-1942 - authorized by the Party Control Commission under the Central Committee of the CPSU (b) in the Novosibirsk Region,
  • 1942-1945 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Novosibirsk Regional Council,
