Published since July 2001. The founder of the newspaper is the Ministry of the Chechen Republic for National Policy, External Relations, Press and Information. The newspaper was the first in the republic to be presented with an electronic version on the Internet .
It is a government edition in Russian. The only newspaper in the Chechen Republic in which the publication of local legislative and other regulatory legal acts gives them legal force .
The newspaper is the winner of numerous national and Russian media contests. The publication is not the first year included in the “Golden Press of Russia Fund”.
The chief editors of the newspaper at one time were such well-known journalists of the republic as Tatyana Vodneva, Arbi Sagaipov, Khamzat Yunusov, Razhap Musaev. In August 2013, Ilyas Abuevich Ismailov, who previously worked as deputy director of the press and information department of the Ministry of the Chechen Republic for national policy, external relations, the press and information, was appointed editor-in-chief [1] . He has been working in the field of journalism since 2000. He has two higher educations. In 2007, he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Journalism of Rostov State University . He has the title of Honored Journalist of the Chechen Republic.
