Biography
The son of Count Augustus Jerome, Hyacinth Plater (1750-1803) and Anna Stanislavovna, nee Rzhevuska (1761-1800).
He was the leader of the nobility of Dinaburg County and a member of the Imperial Archaeological Society , where he donated the results of his excavations.
In 1859 , he was a College Registrar , honorary caretaker of the Sventsian County Noble School [2] .
