Location
The village of Solomaevo is located in the south-western part of the Egoryevsky district, about 23 km south-east of the city of Yegoryevsk. 3.5 km south-east of the village flows the river Tsna . Height above sea level 127 m [2] .
History
Until the abolition of serfdom, the landowner Samoilova owned the village. After 1861, the village became part of the Krugov parish of Egoryevsk district. The parish was located in the village of Krugy [3] .
In 1926, the village was part of the Krugovsky village council of the Leleic volost of Yegoryevsk district [4] .
Until 1994, Solomaevo was part of the Bobkovsky Village Council of the Egorevsky District, in 1994–2004. - Bobkovsky rural district, and in 1994-2006. - Ramensky rural district [5] .
Population
In 1885, 95 people lived in the village [6] , in 1905 - 114 people (54 men, 60 women) [7] , in 1926 - 151 people (77 men, 74 women) [4] . According to the 2002 census , 13 people (6 men, 7 women) [8] .
