The Perm Metropolis is the metropolis of the Russian Orthodox Church in the administrative borders of the Perm Territory .

It was formed by the decision of the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church on March 19, 2014 [1] .
The ruling bishop of the Perm diocese has been appointed the head of the metropolis.

Territory: districts other than the territories that belonged to the Kudymkar and Solikamsk dioceses of the Perm region .

Shrines and Observances
With the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of January 4, 2015 , on the first Sunday after January 29 ( February 11 ) - the day of remembrance of the Perm Saints Gerasim , Pitirim and Jonah [2] , the annual feast of the Cathedral of the Saints of the Perm Metropolis was established . The celebration was included in the month of the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill on May 10, 2015.
