Biography

He graduated from MGIMO of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1973) and the Higher Diplomatic Courses of Continuing Professional Education at the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2000). He speaks Vietnamese , French and English . He worked in various diplomatic posts in the central office and abroad.

  • April 9, 2001 - December 9, 2004 - Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Vietnam [1] [2] .
