Dmitry Nikolaevich Mirgorodsky ( September 25 [1] [2] 1939 - July 20, 2001 ) - Soviet and Ukrainian theater and film actor. Honored Artist of Ukraine ( 1998 ).

Biography
Dmitry was born on September 25, 1939 in Zaporozhye in the family of Nikolai Mirgorodsky . In 1957-1959 he studied at the metallurgical faculty of the Kiev Polytechnic Institute . In 1963 he graduated from the Moscow Theater School named after M. S. Shchepkin at the Maly Theater .
- In 1963-1964 he was an actor of the Lesya Ukrainka Kiev Russian Drama Theater .
- In 1964-1968, he was an actor at the Mosfilm film studio; in 1968-1969, he was an actor at the Moscow Art Theater .
- In 1970-2001 - actor of the Kiev film studio named after A.P. Dovzhenko .
He died of cancer on July 20, 2001 in Kiev. He was buried in Kiev at the Baykovsky cemetery (plot number 29). [3]
