Mavletbay Ramazanovich Khalilov (born December 2, 1952 ) is a Soviet Russian sculptor. Honored Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan (2003).

Biography
Halilov Mavletbai Ramazanovich was born on December 2, 1952 in the city of Ishimbay of the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
In 1981 he graduated from the art and graphic department of the Bashkir State Pedagogical Institute ( Bashkir State Pedagogical University named after M. Akmulla ). Thesis in BSPU them. M. Akmulla - sculpture "Esey".
Member of the Union of Artists of the Russian Federation since 1995, the creative association "Artysh" since 1995.
The sculptor’s works are stored in the BGHM them. M.V. Nesterova (Ufa), Uchalinsky Museum of History and Local Lore (RB), art gallery "Yangantau" (Salavat district, resort "Yangantau").
Creativity
A four and a half meter high marble monument to the Bashkir poet Nazar Nadzhmi in the Dyurtyulinsky district of the Republic of Belarus, the sculptural group “The Lonely Romantic” in the Ufa recreation park “Kashkadan”.
In 2018, together with R.F. Gabidullina, he restored the monument to Z. A. Kosmodemyanskaya in the city of Ishimbay [1] .
