Biography
Orthodox, peasant of Starodubsky district . Landowner (24 tithes ).
He graduated from the Zemstvo rural school . During military service he was a clerk at the Ministry of War .
He was a volost judge . He was elected vowel of the Starodubsky district and Chernihiv provincial assemblies , for 12 years he was a member of the Starodubsky district zemstvo council . He was a member of the Board of Trustees of the Starodub Gymnasium.
In 1906 he was elected to the I State Duma from the Chernihiv province by a congress of commissioners from volosts. He was a member of the constitutional democratic fraction . He was a secretary of the financial commission, as well as a member of the agrarian and budget commissions. He spoke on the agricultural issue.
Details of further biography are unknown.
He died in 1937, was buried in the city of Starodub in the cemetery "Red" .
