Biography
From a family of hereditary workers of the Lyudinovsky plant, on which he himself worked from the age of 15. From 1909 he conducted revolutionary work in Lyudinov . Since 1910, the Socialist-Revolutionary Maximalist , since 1912 a member of the RSDLP , a Bolshevik . In 1912-1913 was imprisoned for issuing proclamations.
Since 1914 in Petrograd. In October 1916, for his revolutionary activities at the Putilov plant, he was arrested and placed in Kresty. Released after the February Revolution , returned to Lyudinovo.
He was elected a delegate to the VI Congress of the RSDLP (b) (August 1917), but was unable to attend the congress. He participated in the Constituent Assembly on the Bolshevik list. Since May 1918, the chairman of the Zhizdrinsky district council also headed the party organization.
In 1919-1921 at party work in Siberia . In 1921-1922 he was authorized to provide assistance to the starving in the Aktobe region .
In 1923-1925, chairman of the Sevsky district executive committee, then chairman of the Bryansk provincial economic council.
11.1925 - 3.7.1929 Chairman of the Tomsk District Executive Committee (Siberian Territory). In the following years, he was probably in party studies.
In 1933-1936, the head of the political department of the MTS in the Kursk region . In 1936-1937, Chairman of the Belgorod Executive Committee.
The last position held is the trust manager of the manufacturing enterprises of the housing department of the Moscow City Council .
Since 1957 retired.
The delegate of the X, XII, XIII and XV Party Congresses, I, II, III and IV All-Union Congresses of Soviets. He was elected a member of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of the XIII convocation (1927-1929).
Peter Petrovich Zakharov is the first honorary citizen of the city of Lyudinovo , where the street is named after him.
