Sony Xperia Z2 is a Sony Mobile smartphone released in the Z line under the Xperia brand. Start of sales - March 25, 2014 (Taiwan only), May 12, 2014 - Russia. The model is certified dustproof (IP5X) and waterproof ( IPX5 / IPX8 ). That is, the device allows a slight penetration of dust that does not affect the performance, but is also protected from jets of low corrosive liquids and withstands short-term (up to 30 minutes) immersion in fresh water to a depth of 1.5 m.

Technical Features
The case of the Sony Xperia Z2 is not collapsible - all connectors and slots are pulled out and hidden behind the plugs. The front and back panels of the device are protected with oleophobic coated glass . On the front of the smartphone there are two stereo speakers. The MDR-NC31EM headset with digital noise reduction is standard. The camera module is capable of shooting 4K video, to slow down in high quality. The USB port and the SIM card slot are closed with one common stub. Headphone jack without plug. Sony Xperia Z2 runs on Android 6.0.1 (originally 4.4.2.) Using the updated Xperia Home shell. The manufacturer’s talk time is 19 hours, standby time is 740 hours and music mode is 110 hours. The device is available in three colors: white, black and purple.
