Regina is a female fictional character, the protagonist of the Dino Crisis video game series. Regina is present in the first two parts of the series: as the main character in Dino Crisis and as one of the main characters, along with another character named Dylan, in Dino Crisis 2 . Regina is the secret agent of the SORT squad (secret operational raid command, or offensive team for covert operations), and is engaged in collecting information. She takes part in the events of Dino Crisis 2, which takes place on May 10, 2010, when she was 24 years old, which suggests that she was born between 1985 and 1986.

History
Dino crisis 1
Regina first appears in the first part of Dino Crisis, which takes place in 2009. Together with her other companions, she goes on a mission to the Ibis island in search of information about a new type of weapon created in a project called “Third Energy”, a strange source of energy that, in the form of a side effect, creates portals that can teleport in time dinosaurs and come back. Among the mission's objectives, was also to find Dr. Kirk, the head of experiments on the island. Nevertheless, after the team arrives on the island by jumping from a helicopter by parachute, they discover that their mission is not so simple, since the protection at the security point was disabled and the protection was brutally killed. As it later turns out to be the fault of the dinosaurs, who were on the island due to the experiments of Dr. Kirk. Therefore, barely at the base, Regina sets off to restore energy, but barely moving away from the team, he hears shots and screams. Having decided to return, she meets the first dinosaur - a velociraptor . Other team members are also involved in the search for a doctor: Gail is the group’s commander, wanders around the base complex in his search, and Rick sets up the building’s computer system, and during the game opens various indoor rooms. Regina, however, makes her way to the landing line, solving various puzzles for this, and besides the usual dinosaurs, she also encounters a huge Tyrannosaurus , which she will also meet in Dino Crisis 2. However, in the first part, she has to avoid fighting with him, since there is no such monster in the game.
During the game, random encounters with Kirk occur, but each time he manages to slip away. At the end of the game, Regina will try to restart the power unit to escape from the island with the team. In the end, she and her teammates will again be attacked by the Tyrannosaurus, but this will not prevent their escape.
Dino crisis 2
Her second mission will take place next year in the City of Edward , a small town, mysteriously, caught in a prehistoric jungle. Regina was taken on this mission thanks to the successful completion of her previous Ibis island, but this time she is an additional member of the TRAT (Tactical Reconnoitering and Acquisition Team, or Tactical Reconnaissance Team). The whole group goes to the past, before the accident occurs, with the mission to save the survivors and get all the information about the incident. However, only Regina knew what awaited her and her companions. Arriving on the island of Itero the group is attacked by a large group of velociraptors, however, the sounds of the shots attract the huge Tyrannosaurus. And the large group shrinks to just a few survivors: Regina, Dylan Morton, the group commander, and David Folk. The three of them will continue to fulfill the mission of finding and saving survivors. Regina and Dylan jointly make their way to the city, helping each other in various situations, starting from the very beginning when Dylan was locked in the laboratory, he sent a letter to SOS to Regina, and she immediately went to help. Also during this mission, the heroes encounter a Tyrannosaurus rex that continues to hunt for them (the one that destroyed part of the TRAT squad at the beginning of the mission). However, at the end of their adventure, a new enemy appears - the Giganotosaurus , the largest predator of the jungle, which is much more dangerous than the Tyrannosaurus. Dylan kills him with a laser satellite controlled from the island’s laboratory.
As he progressed, Dylan discovered that in the future he had a daughter, Paula, who is one of the mercenaries trying to destroy him. He convinces her to return to their time, passing through the portal, but when he reaches him, a huge computer crashes down on Paulo, crushing her legs, and after a futile attempt to lift him, Dylan decides to stay at the collapsing base with her daughter. Regina is not able to convince Dylan to go through the portal, and therefore promises to return after him and Paula, and then runs through the portal.
