Biography
Colleen Moore was born in Port Huron. In the family of engineer Charles and Agnes Kelly Morrison, the elder sister of actor Clive Moore. Educated at the Parish School . In 1905, the family moved to Hillsdale , where they stayed for two years. In 1908 they moved to Atlanta , then they lived in Warren for more than a year and finally settled in Tampa by 1911. For a long time I lived not with my parents, but with my grandmother, and later with Aunt Elizabeth in Chicago .
At the age of fifteen, she took her first step to Hollywood . Aunt Walter Houwen's husband was the editor of the Chicago Tribune , which helped arrange screenings with director Griffith . She always dreamed of becoming the second Lilliana Guiche , but instead she began to play in Westerns with a star like Tom Mix .
