Biography

Polina began to practice rhythmic gymnastics from the age of 7 in the city of Nikopol in the sports club "Electrometallurg". The first coach of the girl was Yastrebova Elena Vladimirovna. At the age of 13 years (2001), she entered the Dnipropetrovsk Regional College of Physical Culture (a sports boarding school where athletes live without parents, study and train), the coach is Natalia Vladimirovna Eremina (judge of the international category).

Until the age of 16, she played for the national team of Dnepropetrovsk and the Dnipropetrovsk region in both the individual and group championships, was the winner of the Ukrainian championships, as well as the winner and prize winner of the trade union championship of Ukraine in group exercises.

In 2004, she became a member of the national team and moved to the Republican College of Physical Culture and Sports ( Kiev ).

She participated in the stages of the World Cup, European Championships, World Universiade , world championships, international competitions, Ukrainian championships.

In 2007, after the Summer Universiade, she was awarded the state award for “Labor and Victory” .

In 2008, she ended her sports career in connection with a knee injury and surgery. In the same year, she began coaching at the Deryugins school .

After the end of her sports career, Polina was invited to work as a model, for some time she was shot for advertising and posters. However, later, when she had to choose between the career of a coach and a model, the girl chose a closer path for herself - the profession of a coach. [one]

In 2010, she received a master’s diploma from the NUFVSU in the field of sports biomechanics . Later, she decided to work with a recruitment group for advanced training and became a coach of the Sports School No. 3 Spartak.

In 2013, a referee seminar was held and received the first category of national judge.

Family

Polina was born in a simple working family, mom Tatyana Anatolyevna and dad Vladimir Vasilyevich both worked at the Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant . Now the parents of the athlete are retired.
