Biography
He graduated from the Azerbaijan Polytechnic Institute (1955), civil engineer. Doctor of Technical Sciences (1996).
Full member of the Academy of Transport of the Russian Federation (1996). Honored Builder of the RSFSR (1990), Honorary Citizen of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug. Hero of Socialist Labor (1991). He was awarded the Orders of Lenin (1985, 1991), the Red Banner of Labor (1963), the Gold Star of the I degree (Afghanistan) (1965), and medals.
In 1955-1960 - in the construction department No. 7 of the Ministry of Transport of the USSR: senior tenman, foreman, senior foreman; in 1960-1965 - in the Kushka-Herat Highway Construction Unit (Afghanistan): senior foreman, chief engineer; in 1966-1968 - chief engineer of the Sredazdorstroy trust; in 1969-1972 - chief specialist, leader of a group of Soviet specialists in road construction in Afghanistan; in 1972-1977 - Chief Engineer of the Dondorstroy Trust; in 1977-1981 - Deputy Head of Glavzapsibdorstroy, since 1981 - Head, General Director of the Zapsibdorstroy Association (Nizhnevartovsk, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug).
He was elected a deputy of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug and the Tyumen Region of the Council of People's Deputies. The delegate of the nineteenth party conference (1988). [one]
