History
NHRC MASSR (1930 - 1931)
October 30, 1930 in the Moldavian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic in Tiraspol, the People’s Commissariat of Posts and Telegraphs of the Moldavian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic began broadcasting Central Inter-Union Radio Broadcasting and broadcasting its own production programs within the framework of the "republican window" (" Moldavian radio "), in the zone of which Moldovan territory fell between Prut and Dniester [1] .
Radio Committee MASSR (1931 - 1953)
In 1931, the Broadcasting Committee was created within the framework of the People’s Commissariat of Posts and Telegraphs of the MASSR, and in 1933 the Broadcasting Committee was removed from the People’s Commissariat of Communications of the MASSR and renamed the Committee on Radioification and Broadcasting of the SNRC of the MASSR (Radio Committee of the MASSR). In 1936, after the construction of a 4 kW radio transmitter in Tiraspol, the broadcasting zone expanded to the whole of Bessarabia. In 1940, the Radio Committee of the MASSR was renamed the Committee for Radioification and Broadcasting of the Council of People's Commissars of the MSSR (Radio Committee of the MSSR), which continued to relay the 1st and began to relay the 2nd (later and 3rd) programs of the Central Intra-Union Broadcasting, as well as broadcasting its gears.
MSSR radio control (1953–1957)
In 1949, the Radio Committee of the MSSR was renamed the Committee for Radio Information under the Council of Ministers of the MSSR, in 1953 - the Main Department for Radio Information of the Ministry of Culture of the MSSR (Radio Administration of the MSSR).
State Television and Radio of the MSSR (1957 - 1990)
In 1957, the MSSR Radio Department was reorganized into the Committee on Broadcasting and Television of the Council of Ministers of the MSSR (State Television and Radio Committee of the MSSR). In September 1957, at 19:00, work began on the installation of a television antenna, after three months it was ready. On April 30, 1958, the Committee on Television and Radio Broadcasting of the MSSR began to retransmit the 1st program of Central Television, show its own programs as part of its "republican window", and also launched versions of the 1st, 2nd programs of Central Intra-Union Broadcasting and Moldovan Radio in the VHF band. OIRT. Nikolai Lupan , a Soviet dissident who later worked in the Romanian branch of Radio Liberty, became the head of the Chisinau television studio. In Soviet times, the Moldavian television studio was preparing a number of educational and cultural educational programs. Broadcasting was carried out 2-3 hours a day. In the 1970s - 1980s State Television and Radio of the MSSR launched the TVM channel ("Moldavian Television"). In 1962, the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Committee of the MSSR was renamed the State Committee of the Council of Ministers of the MSSR on broadcasting and television, in 1978 - the State Committee of the MSSR on television and broadcasting.
National Radio and Television (1990-1994)
In 1990, the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Committee of the MSSR was reorganized into the National Radio and Television ( Radioteleviziune Naţională , RTN ) [2] . In 1992, the National Radio and Television passed the 1st radio channel and the 1st channel, and also launched an international radio station - Radio Chișinău. On January 1, 1993, National Radio and Television became part of the European Broadcasting Union.
Teleradio-Moldova (since 1994)
In 1994, the National Radio and Television was renamed the State Teleradio-Moldova Company ( Compania de Stat „Teleradio-Moldova” ), in 2004 the National Public Broadcasting Institute “Teleradio-Moldova” ( Instituiei Publice Naționale a Audiovizualului " Teleradio Moldova " ). In 1996, the Audiovizual Coordinating Council ( Consiliul Coordonator al Audiovizualului ) was created. In the 2000s. TVM in Moldova 1, Moldovan Radio at Radio Moldova, Radio Chișinău in Radio Moldova Internaţional. In 2007, Teleradio-Moldova launched the international satellite TV channel TVMI. In 2010, not Teleradio-Moldova launched the radio stations Radio Moldova Tineret, Radio Moldova Copii, Radio Moldova Muzical and Radio Festivalul Doinei, Radio Moldova was renamed Radio Moldova Actualităţi. On January 1, 2013, TV Moldova Internaţional was closed. May 3, 2016 was the Teleradio-Moldova through the cable and satellite television launched the TV channel Moldova 2 [3] .

Teleradio Moldova is a public institution. Teleradio Moldova is the only national public broadcaster in Moldova (besides it, the autonomy public broadcaster GRT , and previously also regional public broadcasters EuTV Chişinău and Teleradio-Bălţi , are now privatized).

The supreme body is the Supervisory Board ( Consiliul de Observatori ) [5] , elected by the Parliament [6] , the highest official is the Chairman ( Preşedinte ) [7] , appointed by the Supervisory Board. Under the President of TRM there is the Administrative Council ( Consiliul de administraţie ), which also includes the Vice-Chairman - General Producer ( vicepreşedintele-producătorul general ), Executive Director of Television ( directorul executiv al Televiziunii ) and Executive Director of radio ( directorul executiv al Radiodifuziunii ) [8] . Control over compliance with media laws is exercised by the Audiovisual Coordinating Council ( Consiliul Coordonator al Audiovizualului ) [9] .
