Shi Jinnan was born in 1994 in Daqing , Heilongjiang Province. In 2013, at the Winter Universiade in Trentino, he took 3rd place at a distance of 500 m.
In 2014, Shi Jinnan became the bronze medalist of the Sochi Olympic Games.
