Barca Dutt is an Indian television reporter and columnist. She is the editor of New Delhi Television Limited [1] . It became famous after reporting on the Kargil war - a border armed conflict between India and Pakistan [2] . Dutt has received many national and international awards, including Padma Sri (Hindi पद्म श्री) - the fourth of India’s highest civilian state awards [3] [4] .
