Born in the department of Val-de-Marne in the family of a railway worker. Before becoming an actress, she worked as an English translator at the Printemps department store in Paris, and then was private secretary to Edith Piaf . On the theatrical stage, Flon played in the plays of plays by such playwrights as Jean Anouy , Andre Rossin, and Loulé Belon. [1]
In 1941, Flon made her film debut, appearing later in more than fifty films, including “ Moulin Rouge ” (1952), “ Mr. Arkadin ” (1955), “ Process ” (1962), “ Train ” (1964), “ The Sun Tramp "(1967), " Monsieur Klein " (1976)," Merry Christmas "(2005)," The Flower of Evil "(2003) and" Bride-Friend "(2004). In 1961, the actress won the nomination for the best actress at the Venice Festival for her role in the film “Don't kill” [2] , and then twice won the Cesar award for her roles in the films “Killing Summer” (1983) and “The Snake Woman” (1988).
Thanks to her velvety voice, Flon often appeared as a narrator in many documentaries and television shows. Her last work in the cinema was Madame Roy in the melodrama "Places in the Ground" in 2005 [3] . In the summer of the same year, the actress died in Paris from a stomach disease at the age of 87 years.
