Graduate of the Faculty of Journalism.
He had a fantastic capacity for work and combined the qualities of a leader, organizer and presenter.
The program "This is You Can", created by him, dedicated to scientific and technical creativity, inventors, for almost two decades has been no less popular than pop programs and "Lights".
He died of a broken heart, barely celebrating his 50th birthday.
After the death of Vladimir Solovyov, the program " You Can Do It " was tried several times to resume. They gathered the same jury, a similar audience, and nothing came of it - a complete failure. Nevertheless, in 2013 the program was resumed on the Public Television of Russia , but after the seventh release the production of the program was again discontinued.
